Soft Blue
Soft Blue is a blue wallpaper available in HD resolution. The wallpaper is based on a creation of =lordalpha1 and can be found here: [link] I made it with and without scan lines. They're available for:

Widescreen (16:10, 16:9),
Normal (4:3, 5:4),
Smartpones (2:3, 9:15, 9:16).

PSD & Requests
The PSD is included into this package. You're free to use/modify them if you put my name in a credits-file.
You are also free to make requests (just send them on DeviantART or as e-mail).

Bad quality?
If you're having a smaller resolution and the scan lines are in a bad quality, you can try editting the PSD (or just ask me).
Resize the image to whatever size you like and after that edit the pattern overlay. Use the pattern included in this folder
and rescale the pattern to 100%. This will reset the vertical lines for your resolution so they're still sharp.
